Sandeep Singh has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Sandeep started their career at IBM Global Business Process Services as a Customer Service Representative. In 2014, they joined IDS Infotech Limited as a Medical Billing specialist, where they worked on denied claims, followed up on submitted claims and checked their status, initiated tracers for issued payments, and submitted corrected claims and appeals if necessary. In 2017, they joined NetQuall Technologies as a Team Lead and Senior Customer Service Associate.

Sandeep Singh received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Panjab University in 2012, having studied Business/Commerce, General from 2009 to 2012.
