Dave Hagan

Dave Hagan has a diverse work experience in the real estate and asset management industry. Dave started their career as an Officer in the US Navy and served for five years. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at The Rise Group. In 2005, they joined The Opus Group as a Real Estate Director, overseeing the development of several buildings and participating in lease negotiations, asset disposition, and land acquisition. From 2009 to 2013, Hagan worked at CWCapital as a Senior Associate, where they managed defaulted CMBS loans and resolved distressed loans and assets. In 2013, they joined Amerimar Enterprises as a Senior Vice President, responsible for asset management of office and telco buildings. Currently, Hagan holds the position of Senior Vice President at Netrality Data Centers.

Dave Hagan attended Archbishop John Carroll High School from 1990 to 1994. Dave then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University, from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing.
