Gretchen Hsu

Gretchen Hsu is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Netrality Data Centers. Prior to this, Gretchen held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Experience at the same company. Before their time at Netrality Data Centers, Gretchen worked at Lumen Technologies as a Senior Client Support Manager for National Cable Accounts and Wholesale Channel. Gretchen has a strong background in customer support and account management, with previous roles at CenturyLink, tw telecom, Agilis Systems, LLC, and Masterchem Brands. Gretchen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Management from Bradley University.
