Mike Cathers

Mike Cathers is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in corporate accounting and financial leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Netrality Data Centers since June 2024, Mike's prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship and Corporate Controller at goPuff. A strong foundation in accounting was established at Netrality Properties and Brixmor as Chief Accounting Officer, alongside consulting experience for high-revenue companies. Mike has held significant positions at GSI Commerce, GMH Communities Trust, Deloitte & Touche, and Rainer and Company, demonstrating expertise in financial infrastructure, SEC reporting, and internal controls. Mike holds a BS in accounting from Neumann University and completed the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School.
