Dexter Cutajar

Dexter Cutajar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business development. As the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Commercial at NetRefer since September 2018, Dexter has driven company growth by forming strategic partnerships, securing new business opportunities, and leading teams in marketing, business development, sales, and account management. Prior to this role, Dexter served as General Manager at Motherwell Bridge Industries Limited, where responsibilities included defining business transformation strategies and identifying new market opportunities. Earlier experience at GO plc included various management roles focused on SME segments, where achievements involved enhancing customer service, developing marketing initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Dexter commenced a career in public service as a Police Constable with the Malta Police from September 2004 to November 2008.
