Alex Saroyan

Alex Saroyan is the CEO of Netris. Alex has over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network design, implementation, and support.

Saroyan began their career at Orange, where they were responsible for the architecture design of a high availability core IP network. Alex then oversaw the deployment of a distributed IPSec network, negotiating interoperation details with vendors such as Cisco, Alcatel, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Tellabs.

Saroyan later became the head of core network at Ucom LLC, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, and support of a 400Gbps+ capacity ISP/carrier network. Alex also oversaw the deployment of international POPs, the troubleshooting of complex multi-vendor infrastructure, and the planning and rollout of network upgrades and migrations.

Saroyan has extensive experience working with a variety of networking equipment, including Juniper MX960, EX8200, EX4500, Cisco ASR1000, ASA5550, Catalyst3750, Ericsson SSR8020, HP, Extreme Networks, Brocade, and F5. Alex is also proficient in network analytics and automation scripting.

Alex Saroyan has a certification from Cisco in CCIE Routing and Switching Written.
