Anna Valls has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. anna began their career as a Piano Teacher at El Tram Music School from 1997 to 2000. anna then worked as a PhD Proofreader at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull from 2000 to 2002. Following this, Anna served as the Head of Customer Service at SAS prefabricados de hormigón SA from 2005 to 2013, where they managed a team and maintained daily contact with clients from various countries. From 2014 to 2015, Anna worked as a Multilingual Conference Interpreter as a freelance professional. In 2015, they joined ForceManager and initially served as the Head of Customer Success until 2018. In this role, they developed and optimized customer success procedures, trained an international CSM team, and implemented metrics to improve customer satisfaction. From 2018 to 2020, Anna was promoted to Vice President of Customer Success, where they focused on increasing net revenue retention and customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Netrivals.

Anna Valls' education history begins with their Bachelor's degree, which they obtained from Universitat de Barcelona between 1995 and 2000. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2004. Later on, Anna pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Esade from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as the Head of Customer Success from Startdeliver in June 2022.
