Pico Geyer began their work experience in 2005 as a Software Developer at Trispen Technologies. In 2008, they moved to XipLink as a Software Developer, where they worked on their satellite acceleration product and developed and maintained an integration testing framework using opensource testing frameworks such as robotframework with actual implementation done in python. In 2012, they moved to Netronome as a Software Developer.
Pico Geyer obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a BTech Information Technology in Computer Networks from the Tshwane University of Technology between 2000 and 2006. Pico completed their secondary education at Pretoria Boys High between 1996 and 2000.
