Anthea Liew

Head, Customer Service And Operations at NETS

Anthea Liew has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Anthea is currently working at NETS as the Head of Customer Service and Operations since February 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Bureau Services at NETS Solutions Pte Ltd from May 2016 to February 2021.

Before joining NETS, Anthea worked at Standard Chartered Bank as the Director of Product Development for Global Transaction Banking from March 2015 to May 2016. Anthea also held multiple positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Specialist Solutions for SME Banking from August 2012 to January 2013, Head of Transaction Banking for SME Banking from November 2011 to July 2012, and Head of Client Services Group for Singapore and Australia from December 2007 to November 2011.

Anthea's earlier work experience includes various roles at Citi, where they served as the CitiService Head from March 2006 to November 2007, Citiservice Online Team Manager from July 2005 to February 2006, Citiservice Investigations Team Manager from February 2001 to June 2005, Relationship Service Manager from October 1999 to January 2001, Citiservice Trade Team Manager from July 1998 to September 1999, and Trade Finance and Services Manager from May 1994 to July 1998.

Anthea Liew completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) between 2001 and 2003. No specific field of study is provided for both degrees.
