Melvyn Low

Melvyn Low currently serves as the Head of Global Transaction Banking at OCBC Bank since February 2018 and as a Director at NETS since November 2021. Previously, Melvyn held various leadership positions at Citi from February 2000 to January 2018, including Head of ASEAN and Singapore for Treasury and Trade Solutions and Country Head of Citi Transaction Services in Singapore. Additionally, Melvyn was a Director at the Singapore Clearing House Association and Citibank Investment Bank (Singapore) Ltd from April 2010 to January 2018. Earlier in Melvyn's career, experience included roles at HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank. Melvyn holds an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, along with several executive education programs in financial leadership from prestigious institutions.
