Xiaoyun Soh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Marketing Coordinator at JCDecaux. In 2010, they joined United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) as a Senior Officer in Privilege Banking & Product Marketing, where they played a significant role in the re-branding of Privilege Banking and the launch of Privilege Reserve. Xiaoyun then progressed to become a Manager in Product Marketing, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies for Deposits products. Finally, at UOB, Xiaoyun served as an Assistant Vice President in Privilege Banking & Investments Product Marketing, managing marketing communications and loyalty programs to engage affluent clients and cross-sell wealth products. In 2019, Xiaoyun joined NETS as an Assistant Vice President in Digital & Consumer Marketing, where they currently work.

Xiaoyun Soh completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Xiaoyun attended the university from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate from Saint Andrew's Junior College, where they studied from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Xiaoyun Soh also acquired several certifications related to marketing. These include obtaining the "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn in March 2023, the "Social Media Marketing Strategy: TikTok and Instagram Reels" certification from LinkedIn in February 2022, and the "Brand and Marketing Integration" and "Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing" certifications in September 2020, also from LinkedIn.
