Itria Cassandra Benito

Itria Cassandra Benito currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel - Compliance at NETSCOUT, where responsibilities include administering a comprehensive Compliance Program. Previously, Itria worked at the New York City Employees' Retirement System as Associate General Counsel, overseeing the Legal Division and supervising attorneys while handling compliance, privacy, and contracting matters. Itria's diverse experience includes roles at the NYC Office of Technology & Innovation as Records Access Counsel, where analysis of Freedom of Information Law requests was performed, and earlier positions in legal representation and public service advocacy. Itria holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a Spanish minor from Marist University.
