Rex Timbs

Rex Timbs is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program and software management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at NETSCOUT since 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing Agile development for IT network security appliances. Previously, Rex held positions such as Software Architect at the University of Michigan, managing a research team focused on web and mobile health interventions, and Technical Director at Foresee, where oversight encompassed software development and quality assurance. Additional experience includes roles as IT Manager/Architect at Johnson & Johnson, IT Director/Chief Architect at HealthMedia, Inc., and service as a U.S. Marine from 1983 to 1987. Rex holds a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University and an AS in Computer Science/Business from Darton College.
