Pam has pioneered NewEdge's Opportunity Thinking approach to innovation that has assisted organizations in creating sustainable growth by focusing on opportunities rather than ideas.

She was formerly on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University and later worked with the US national lab system, VCs, angel investors, and Washington State University to commercialize over 200 early-stage technologies.
