Jihoon Lee

JiHoon Lee currently serves as the Director of People Analytics at Netskope, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, JiHoon Lee was the Head of People Analytics at Okta, Inc. from April 2021 to May 2023 and held the title of Advanced Analytics Manager at VF Corporation from July 2019 to April 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Hanesbrands Inc. as an Analytics Technologist III and II from June 2014 to June 2018, and as an Operational Specialist with the US 8th Army Korean Augmentation To the United States Army from July 2011 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (2019-2020), a Master’s degree in Analytics from Louisiana State University (2013-2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2008-2011).
