Varun Tewari

Varun Tewari is an experienced technology leader specializing in network and application performance optimization. Currently, Varun serves as the lead for traffic steering technologies at Netskope, focusing on SASE and SSE solutions. Prior to Netskope, Varun held various leadership roles at Riverbed Technology, overseeing significant projects such as the Client Accelerator and WAN-Opt solutions, and enhancing firewalling and routing capabilities in SteelConnect. Varun's career began at Cisco Systems, contributing to layer 3 VPN solutions and TCP/IP network stacks, followed by a technical lead position at Samsung India Software Operations focused on security and networking for embedded systems. Varun holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
