Seyed Reza Hasani

Seyed Reza Hasani has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Their most recent role is as a Senior Data Engineer - Lead at Netskrt Systems Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Developer - Lead at Blockchain Intelligence Group from January 2020 to November 2020. Seyed Reza also worked as a Researcher & Developer on a Capstone Project at Critical Systems Labs from May 2019 to December 2019, where they focused on fault-tolerant safety-critical systems.

Before that, Seyed Reza Hasani founded a startup focused on predictive and prescriptive analysis using machine learning and AI at the Institute of Intelligent Nano & Informatics (INI) from November 2017 to February 2019. Seyed Reza also collaborated in structuring an Open Data project with the ministry of I.C.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from February 2014 to October 2017. In this role, they demonstrated experience with building predictive models using neural network backpropagation and mentored students on their final year projects.

Seyed Reza also worked as a Senior System Analyst & Programmer at Lean Applied from May 2010 to May 2012, where they contributed to the design and development of various web applications.

Seyed Reza Hasani has further experience as a Software Development Manager at Sakha Rayane Toos Co. Tehran from April 2003 to April 2007, where they produced software for warehouse management. Seyed Reza also worked as a Lecturer at the Institute of Tehran Informatics (ITI) from August 2004 to December 2006, teaching web design and development.

Lastly, they worked as a Lecturer and ISP Quality Controller at ISIRAN from April 2001 to June 2004, where they taught programming languages and computer skills. Seyed Reza also briefly worked as an Assistant Network Administrator at Behran Oil from February 2002 to March 2003. Seyed Reza Hasani has a diverse education history. Seyed Reza obtained their Master of Engineering Leadership degree in Dependable Software Systems from The University of British Columbia in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Visual Informatics from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 2014 to 2017. Seyed Reza also holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution, earned from 2010 to 2012. Seyed Reza Hasani obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSc (Honor), Computing (Mobile Computing) from Staffordshire University between 2007 and 2009. Seyed Reza initiated their education with an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Seyed Reza Hasani has acquired several certifications. In April 2017, they obtained certifications in "Implementing Predictive Analytics with Spark in Azure HDInsight," "Implementing Real-Time Analytics with Hadoop in Azure HDInsight," and "Processing Big Data with Hadoop in Azure HDInsight" from Microsoft Advanced Analytics. In February 2017, they also obtained a certification in "Processing Big Data with Azure Data Lake Analytics" from the same institution.
