Cari Stammler

Cari Stammler is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Systems and Operations at Netsmart since May 2013, Cari oversees HR Systems, including Workday and Docebo, and manages a centralized myHR team supporting various HR Centers of Excellence. Previous roles at Netsmart include Director of HR Systems, where responsibilities included leading the HRIS (Workday) team and serving as HR Business Partner for Plexus Cloud and Internal IT. Prior experience includes several HR and leadership roles at Sprint Nextel, focusing on talent sourcing, program management, and recruitment, as well as extensive managerial experience in non-profit and educational institutions. Cari holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Missouri.
