Enrique Gambra

Enrique Gambra is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining electronic health record applications, particularly within behavioral health and addictions treatment services at Netsmart. Since April 2020, Enrique has progressed from Software Engineer to Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer, contributing to myAvatar NX by implementing new features and troubleshooting issues. Enrique employs a tech stack that includes Angular and Java Spring Boot and currently mentors a new engineer to foster professional development. Prior to Netsmart, Enrique gained valuable skills as an IT Intern at Sheehan & Company, where tasks included programming VBA macros, providing help desk support, and administering web-based systems. Enrique also completed a Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship at Brookhaven National Laboratory, working on circuit design for advanced engineering applications. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Computer Science from St. Joseph's University New York.
