Gretchen Dickkut

Gretchen Dickkut has a diverse work experience in the sales and business analysis field. Gretchen started their career as a Network Analyst at New Directions Behavioral Health in 2013 and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined Netsmart as a Junior Business Analyst and stayed in that role until 2019. Gretchen then returned to New Directions Behavioral Health as a Corporate Associate Project Manager until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Sales Executive - Small Accounts at New Directions Behavioral Health. Currently, Gretchen is employed at Netsmart, where they have held multiple roles including Client Sales Representative, Client Sales Representative Team Lead, and currently serves as a Senior Client Sales Representative Team Lead.

Gretchen Dickkut obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Ottawa University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they also earned a BS degree in Education from Baker University between 1992 and 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Gretchen has obtained the RCM Certification from Netsmart in November 2022.
