Jim Karocki is a seasoned Systems Engineer with extensive experience in information technology. Currently employed at Netsmart Technologies since July 2011, Jim specializes in the Plexus Cloud group, focusing on setting up Blades, Storage, and VMware environments. Prior to this role, Jim served as Manager of Information Technology Systems and Senior Systems Engineer at Resource One Solutions from July 2004 to January 2011, where responsibilities included planning projects and managing a variety of IT systems. Additional experience includes positions at Ohio Online and MRK Technologies as a Systems Engineer, as well as earlier roles at Dowling Associates and Toledo Edison, where Jim began as a Student Engineer. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Toledo, earned between 1989 and 1996, and attended St Francis de Sales from 1985 to 1989.
