Esther Hermans-Spijker

Esther Hermans-Spijker is an experienced project coordinator with a diverse background in business analysis and office management. Currently at Netspar since July 2017, Esther coordinates 30-40 research projects. Previous roles include office manager at Easy Management, where responsibilities spanned business analysis and administrative support, and business analyst at Achmea/Interpolis, focusing on gathering business requirements and preparing advisory notes. Esther has also served as a process coordinator in ITIL at Interpolis, managing configuration and change processes, and worked in management information at CZ, where data analysis and process management were key tasks. Earlier experience includes roles in customer support, document management, and as a guide at Safaripark Beekse Bergen. Esther holds various certifications, including the Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe and Certified Information Privacy Manager, and has completed a masterclass in financial management for nonprofits. Educational credentials include a degree in Higher Informatics from Hogeschool Eindhoven.
