William Ingham

William Ingham has a strong background in HR and people management. William is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Netspend, where they lead the Global People Function. In this position, they oversee various departments, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications. Prior to Netspend, William worked as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, focusing on investing in workplace technology, healthcare technology, and financial technology companies.

Before joining SemperVirens, William served as the Chief People Officer at Poshmark Inc., where they led the global People function. William was responsible for positioning Poshmark as a recognized leader in the industry by simplifying buying and selling processes and promoting social and sustainable practices.

Earlier in their career, William held senior HR positions at Visa, where they served as the SVP HR, CHRO for Visa Europe. During their tenure, they were involved in talent and organizational integration, rebuilding the Europe leadership team, and the Europe organization under multiple CEOs. William also served as the VP Global Human Resources, working with the Global General Counsel to restructure their leadership team and leading HR for the global Marketing and Communications team.

Prior to Visa, William worked as the Head of International HR for Banana Republic, where they led HR operations for international markets in Europe, Japan, and Franchise businesses.

Before that, William gained extensive experience at The Clorox Company, where they served as the Head of Global HR for the Cleaning Division. In this role, they led HR strategy and execution, organizational design, and effectiveness for the $2B business unit. William was also a full member of four leadership teams and supported the company's Executive Committee.

William Ingham's education history includes attending Western University for an unspecified period where they studied Business/Commerce, General. William also attended Evangel University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Psychology.
