Jay Golonka

Jay Golonka has over 25 years of experience leading high performing finance teams through periods of rapid organic and inorganic growth. Jay is focused on scaling the team and providing actionable business insights across the organization.

Prior to NetSPI, Jay was the CFO at Prometheus Group, a PE-backed software Company where they completed nine acquisitions during his time there. Jay spent 18 years in public accounting and had finance leadership positions at two other high growth software companies prior to joining Prometheus Group. Jay received his B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University.
