Ara Alec Ohanian is the CEO of Netstock. Ara was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Systech International from March 2018 to February 2020. Ara was hired by a private equity investor to grow the supply chain traceability and security saas business globally across multiple verticals and map out mergers and acquisition strategy. Ara Drove triple-digit SaaS growth, launched ground-breaking digital brand protection platform, expanded distribution in new industries, and executed merger into Dover Corp (NYSE: DOV).

From April 2017 to March 2018, they were the Exec-in-residence - Head of Growth at Unite Us. Ara was recruited by the founders to build this social and healthcare coordination saas company’s go-to-market engine. Ara engineered sales & marketing operations to scale the business, and grow direct sales and indirect channels. Ara quadrupled marketing and sales pipeline in the first 6 months, which led to triple-digit growth.

Ara was the Senior Vice President & GM at Infor from January 2013 to January 2017. Ara was then the Operating Partner at Dubilier & Co from September 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Infor CERTPOINT Systems from August 1996 to April 2013.

Ara Alec Ohanian has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College and a certification from Toyota Motor Corporation in Lean Thinking - Recipient of the Lean Kaizen Spirit Award from Toyota. Ara also has a Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application degree from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
