Karen Russillo

Karen Russillo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales operations, strategy, and corporate development, particularly in the software industry. At Oracle NetSuite, Karen held the position of VP Global Sales Operations, focusing on enhancing sales and marketing efficiency, and previously served as VP Strategy & Corporate Development, managing acquisitions and developing key external relationships. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at ICR, where Karen advised pre-IPO software companies, and Equity Research Analyst positions at Wells Fargo Securities, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch, concentrating on enterprise software markets. Karen holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and two BA degrees in Economics from UC Irvine.
