Kenzie McGinness has extensive experience in sales management and enablement, currently serving as the Global Sales Productivity Senior Manager for Emerging Direct at NetSuite since December 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing the Business Development Representative Program, focusing on the onboarding and development of recent college graduates into proficient inside sales professionals. Prior to NetSuite, Kenzie worked at ServiceSource from April 2008 to December 2014, where roles included Sales Manager and Sales Representative, managing client engagements across various sectors and successfully overseeing significant quarterly renewals. Kenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2007.
