Vicky Gao is an experienced professional in quality enablement and software development, currently serving as the Team Lead for Quality Enablement at NetSuite since January 2018. Vicky leads a team focused on fostering quality-driven practices within the HCM product organization. Previously, Vicky held roles at SAP as a Technical Program Lead and Software Developer in Test, where responsibilities included managing code and customer solutions for SAP ERP. Vicky's career began as an IT Application Analyst at Celestica, where comprehensive experience was gained in the development lifecycle of Quality Management Solutions. Vicky's skill set extends to application development and software testing, supported by a strong academic background with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Western University.
