Kat Cauchi has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007-2008, they were a Nursery Nurse at Snap Day Nursery, where they worked with children from 3 months to 4 years old. In 2008, they were a Teaching Assistant at Milton Road Primary School, where they planned and implemented activities for their focus groups and worked with a child with severe autism and English as a second language. From 2010-2013, they were a Student Ambassador at the University of Lincoln. From 2013-2018, they were a Primary School Teacher at Dogsthorpe Infant School, where they were responsible for ensuring all children in their care made progress through their teaching and behaviour management. Since 2018, they have been at NetSupport, first as a Community Engagement Manager, where they actively engaged existing customers, potential customers, partners and other organisations and communities with NetSupport, then as a Podcast Host, where they hosted the Of Primary Importance Podcast, and finally as a Magazine Editor and Product Manager.
Kat Cauchi completed their Drama BA at the University of Lincoln in 2013. Kat then obtained their Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from Teach East in 2016.
