Steve Norwood has worked in the software development industry since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Placement Student at Lowben Solutions Limited, developing invoice extraction software hosted in the cloud. In 2016, they worked as a Software Consultant at PROACTIS. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst and Graduate Software Developer at Audit Partnership, where they worked on projects in .NET and legacy applications. In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at Next Ltd, where they worked on bespoke RF handset systems, APIs to external systems, and changes to deliveries in Northern Ireland due to Brexit. In 2019, they worked as a Software Developer at Greenzone Facilities Management Limited, where they helped to maintain the existing legacy VB product and develop and extend the replacement WPF application. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at NetSupport Limited, where they are working as a backend .NET developer for classroom.cloud.

Steve Norwood attended Woldgate College from 2007 to 2013, where they completed their GCSE/A-Levels. Steve then attended Aberystwyth University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science (inc Integrated Industrial and Professional Training).
