Dr. Mourouzis serves as the Executive Manager at Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) Business School and a Research Fellow at UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (with specialization in cryptanalysis) from University College London (UCL), a BA/MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, and an MRes in Security Science from UCL. Theodosis has received many national and international awards in the fields of mathematics and computer science, including the 1st award the UK Cyber Cipher Security Challenge. His research interests and specializations lie in the fields of cryptography, secure design, ISO27001 implementation, and fraud analytics (imbalanced classification problems).
His consulting activities in the fields of information security and data analytics, span over 5 countries, including the USA, UK, Israel, Cyprus, and UAE; also with Lloyds Bank, and has been involved in projects funded by the UK Technology Strategy Board (TSB) and UK Centre for Defense Enterprise (CDE) related to information security, analytics, and applications of Blockchain Technology.
