Oscar Zubia Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Oscar began their career in 2006 as a Server/Bartender at Ruby Tuesday. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory. In 2010, they joined The Planetary Group as a Radio Promoter and later became the Radio Marketing and Promotion Department Manager, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they joined Nettwerk Music Group as a Radio Promotion Coordinator and later advanced to the position of Promotion & Digital Accounts, where they promoted artists and managed relationships with various digital service providers. Currently, they serve as the Director of Digital Account Strategy at Nettwerk Music Group, strategizing and advocating for artists signed to the company's roster at digital service providers such as Spotify, TIDAL, Deezer, and Napster.

Oscar Zubia Jr. completed their high school education at Onate High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma.
