Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner

Irene Bouchal-Gahleitner currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Netural since January 2022. Additionally, Irene has been a Lektorin in the field of HR Management at FH Oberösterreich - University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria since November 2009. Previous roles include Director of People & Organization at Netural and a position in organizational development at Business Upper Austria from July 2014 to July 2015. Irene's extensive background in organizational and strategic development at Clusterland OÖ GmbH spanned from March 2006 to June 2014. Earlier experiences include roles at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from March 2002 to February 2006 and project involvement in marketing at BC Business Consulting GmbH between April 1997 and July 2002. Irene holds a Magistra degree in Economic Sciences with a focus on Marketing and HR from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and has certification in Mediation from the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für lösungsorientiertes Konfliktmanagement.
