Justin Wilmas

Justin Wilmas is the President of North America at Netwatch. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of North America Sales at Pelco from November 2019 to January 2021. Justin was hired by Transom Capital Group to be a part of the Executive Leadership Team to rebuild and transform the business after the divesture from Schneider Electric. Led the North American Sales Team and executed a winning sales strategy prior the sale to Motorola Solutions. Participated in all aspects of the sale of the business and transitioned the Sales Team into a Motorola Solutions Company.

From March 2016 to November 2019, Justin Wilmas served as the Sr. Director of Global Sales at AMAG Technology. In this role, they led the Global Sales Team delivering a holistic approach to enterprise unified Access Control & Video Management, Identity & Visitor Management, and Incident Management solutions. Justin worked closely with the G4S Leadership Team implementing an Integrated Security Solutions cross-selling approach for Man Guarding, Systems Integration and Corporate Risk Management solutions for some of the largest Fortune companies in the world.

Prior to joining AMAG Technology, Justin Wilmas served as the Director of Sales, Southeast at Quantum Secure, part of HID Global from February 2014 to March 2016.
