Mahmoud Rady

Mahmoud Rady has worked in various roles and companies over the years. Mahmoud started their career at Teradata as a Professional Services Consultant, where they worked as an ETL developer on a project for Djezzy, Algeria's main mobile network operator. Mahmoud gained experience in the telecom industry and worked with Teradata models, SQL, and GCFR. Mahmoud also worked as a Software Engineer, developing an indoor automation tool using Java for Teradata.

In 2020, Mahmoud joined CIB Egypt as a Data Architect. Here, they migrated ETLs from a DWH with the FSDM model to a new DWH with the DATAVLT model. Mahmoud built a new presentation layer based on Dimensional Modeling with surrogate keys and provided data provisioning to various consumers such as the Central Bank of Egypt and AML unite.

Currently, Mahmoud is working at Netways as a Cloud Solutions Architect. Mahmoud leverages their broad technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure products and services to promote data solutions in multiple industries such as Capital Market, Banking, and Government. Mahmoud provides technical support in sales activities.

Mahmoud Rady completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer and Automatic Control Engineering from Tanta University's Faculty of Engineering, spanning from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Notable certifications include AZ-305 Azure Architect Design from Udemy and Microsoft in July 2022, AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator from Udemy in June 2022, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in June 2022. Mahmoud has also obtained certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks, and other related subjects from Coursera, with completion dates ranging from 2018 to 2019. In August 2017, they obtained the EMC Academic Associate certification in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from Dell EMC. Lastly, Mahmoud achieved the prestigious Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification in July 2022.
