Robin Young

Robin Young is currently serving as Data Engineering Manager at Netwealth since December 2023. Prior to this role, Robin gained experience as a Senior Consultant at vNEXT and held the position of Principal Engineer for Data Platforms at Xero from April 2021 to April 2023. Robin also worked at AGL Energy as Enterprise Data Platform Engineering Lead and Data Lead from March 2016 to April 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Big Data Specialist and Assets & Systems Manager at Melbourne Water, Asset Data Analyst at the City of Vancouver, and Technical Application Analyst positions at S.i. Systems and Corix Utilities. Earlier career highlights include a Systems Analyst role at GWMWater and a Developer position at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking. Robin holds an MBA in Information Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Deakin University, as well as a degree in Telecommunications from RMIT University and qualifications in Electronics from TAFE NSW.
