Alessio Alfonsi

Alessio Alfonsi has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Alessio is currently working as an Advisory Systems Engineer / Presales at NetWitness since November 2021. Prior to this, Alessio worked at RSA Security for 10 years, starting as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant from January 2011 to May 2016. Alessio then transitioned to the role of Senior Systems Engineer / Presales from May 2016 to October 2021. Before joining RSA Security, Alessio worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Presales Solution Architect from June 2006 to March 2010, and as a Product Manager from February 2010 to January 2011. Alessio started their career at Domain S.r.l as an IT Management & Organization Consultant from September 2003 to June 2006.

Alessio Alfonsi obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronic & Computer Science from Sapienza Università di Roma. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the RSA NetWitness Logs & Network Administrator certification from RSA Security in February 2019, the EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (Practical) (ECSA) certification from EC-Council in May 2016, and the RSA Security Analytics Certified Administrator (RSA/CA) certification from RSA Security in August 2014.
