Andrea Makary

Andrea Makary has work experience as a Salesforce Developer. In their most recent role at NetWitness, they worked closely with business and IT stakeholders to enhance the Salesforce (SFDC) insurance in various areas. Andrea also provided support to over 400 users with their day-to-day tasks on SFDC, utilizing tools and skills such as integration (using Rest or SOAP APIs or Boomi), automation (using Flows and Triggers to automate alerts and updates), and quoting (using CPQ to quote, contract, and book deals). Prior to this, Andrea worked at Cloudastick Systems, where they completed over 15 projects with customers in Egypt and 6 projects with customers abroad. In this role, they collaborated with stakeholders from business and IT departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Andrea also designed and developed solutions for customers in more than 10 different industries.

Andrea Makary attended The German University in Cairo from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained several certifications from Salesforce. Andrea became a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in November 2019, followed by a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in December 2019. In 2020, they obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Andrea continued to expand their knowledge in 2022 and became a Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect. Most recently, in 2023, they acquired certifications as a Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and a Marketing Cloud Administrator.
