Julie Burgoyne

Julie Burgoyne is an experienced technical support leader currently serving as Vice President of Technical Support at NetWitness since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing a global team of technical support engineers and ensuring the delivery of industry-leading support for the NetWitness product portfolio. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Senior Director of Global Technical Support at RSA Security from March 2010 to June 2023, after serving as Director of Global Technical Support. Earlier in their career, Julie worked as an SQA Release Engineer at Cascade/Ascend/Lucent from 1997 to 2000.
