Nicole Warfield has extensive experience in account management and project coordination within the telecommunications industry. Presently serving as Account Service Manager for NetWolves since July 2013, responsibilities include managing pre and post-sales relationships and being the primary contact for clients. Previous roles at NetWolves include Corporate Services Supervisor and Telecom Cost Analyst - Team Lead, focusing on billing accuracy and invoice analysis. Prior to NetWolves, Nicole worked as Project Coordinator at Eclipse Telecom LLC, where development and training of the project management team were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions at BB&T and Publix Super Markets, where customer service and financial accuracy were paramount. Nicole holds a High School Diploma from Tarpon Springs High School and furthered education at Penn Foster from 2009 to 2013.
