Charles Mason

Charles Mason has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the electronics and computer systems industry. Charles started their career at Hewlett Packard/Apollo Systems Division as a Senior Continuing Engineer, where they provided engineering design support and led a team to improve the quality of personal workstations. Charles then moved on to Texas Micro Systems, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Customer Quality, and Manager of Sustaining Engineering. Charles was responsible for overseeing various departments and implementing procedures to improve product quality and services. Later, Mason worked as a Director of Quality and Program Management at Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, where they established relationships with suppliers and managed the start-up of the Computer Systems Organization. Charles further enhanced their expertise as the Director of Quality and Operations at United Electronic Industries, responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing, costs, delivery, and quality. Currently, they hold the position of V.P. of Operations at Network Allies, LLC.

Charles Mason completed their A.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology at Vermont Technical College from 1982 to 1984. From 1985 to 1992, they attended the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained their B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology.
