John Kuochun Ng

John Kuochun Ng has extensive experience in the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Provisioning Engineer Tier 2 at Network Data Systems since May 2018, John is responsible for on-boarding devices for Solarwind monitoring, configuring SNMP across various networking devices, and managing infrastructure-related client requests as a NOC Queue Manager. Previous roles include operating commercial trucks at Roehl Transport and serving as an independent driver for Lyft, where John delivered excellent customer service. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Lead Artist at Faceted Games, focusing on level design and 3D modeling. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media with a concentration in Animation from DePaul University, completed in 2012.
