From 2010 to 2014, they were a Project and Accounts Specialist at MMS Holdings Inc., where they built and led a project billing and costing system. In 2014, they became the Owner of Workforce PayHub, overseeing technology operations and managing a team responsible for small to medium-sized businesses. From 2013 to 2022, they were the Owner of Your Financial Solutions, Inc., providing guidance in bookkeeping and tax planning to entrepreneurs and businesses. In 2022, they started working at Hutchison Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer and Owner, focusing on financial strategy and tax planning for the company's technology services. In 2023, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Owner at Network Design Consultants.

Chilah Hutchison pursued higher education starting in 2004 at Siena Heights University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting.
