Victoria Beatty

Victoria Beatty has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victoria began their career as a Software Developer at Resource Consultants Inc in 1998, where they worked on designing, programming, and testing software modules for the Army's transition assistance program. Victoria then transitioned to the role of a Web Developer, where they developed a web-enabled database application for the Department of Defense using ColdFusion, SQL, and HTML.

In 2004, Victoria joined SERCO as a Requirements Analyst, where they assessed the technical feasibility of requirements and developed analysis models and use-cases for the Immigrant Visa Information System. Victoria then moved on to SI International in 2007, working as a System Analyst on the Software Development Life Cycle of a client-server application for the Department of State.

In 2008, Victoria joined ATSC Inc as a Senior QA Engineer, where they introduced Agile methodologies within the Air Force Information Management Enterprise Business Solutions organization. Victoria also created and implemented an automated regression testing process for the One Voice document management system.

In 2011, Victoria joined Nitor as a Requirement Analyst, where they were a key team member on multiple projects supported by the Office of the National Coordinator's Health IT programs. Victoria managed requirements for the HHS Office of National Coordinator for Health IT Standards & Interoperability Framework Initiatives and integrated Agile practices into the organization's requirements analysis and management strategies.

Victoria then joined VMD Systems Integrators, Inc in 2013, where they worked as a Lead Testing Analyst on the nation-wide FAA Designee Management System. Victoria was responsible for product and release planning, sprint planning, tracking, and review using Agile methodologies.

Finally, since 2015, Victoria has been working at Network Designs, Inc as a Lead Business Analyst. Victoria has performed business and technical analysis for the FAA mobile application and web-based application, developing data models, diagrams, processes, and transaction flows.

Victoria Beatty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Towson University, where they attended from 1998 to 2003.
