Mohammed Jaffer (Moe)

Mohammed (Moe) Jaffer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managed solutions and technical support. Currently serving as the Team Lead Managed Solutions Engineer at Network Doctor since July 2017, Mohammed previously held the role of System Engineer at Big Idea Technology from January 2015 to July 2017, a company known for its cloud-based IT managed services. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Engineer at Dell for a brief period in late 2014 and as an Assistant Technical Engineer at EarthLink Business from November 2013 to October 2014. Mohammed holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTUH.
