Michelle Barmazel

Michelle Barmazel is an accomplished educational advocate and consultant with extensive experience in supporting families of highly and profoundly gifted children. Currently serving as co-President and Board Member of the Massachusetts Association for Gifted Education since May 2015, Michelle also holds positions as an Advocate and Policy Advisor at Barmazel Consulting, and as a Board Member for Harvard Alumni for Education and Ascent Leadership Networks. Additional roles include membership on the boards of the Hoffman Institute, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and former positions on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Kennedy School New England Alumni Association and PG Retreat. Michelle's early career includes working as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics with a specialization in Computer Science from UCLA.
