Justin Grimm, MBA, is an experienced professional in the mortgage industry with a robust background in compliance, regulatory duties, and software management. Currently serving as Business Solutions Manager at Network Funding, LP since October 2016, Justin was recruited by the President for expertise in technical and compliance matters. Previously, at BBMC Mortgage, Justin worked as a Compliance Analyst and Encompass Admin, earning a nomination for software development in the Ellie Mae Hall of Fame. As Vice President and Mortgage Compliance Officer at Patriot Bank Mortgage, Justin managed the Mortgage Compliance Department, overseeing regulatory obligations and audits while leading policy development during RESPA-TILA reforms. Justin's career commenced at RMC Vanguard Mortgage Corp as IT Director and Business Analyst, where significant contributions included implementing new loan origination systems and improving compliance processes. Justin holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Concordia University Texas.
