Colleen Davison

Colleen Davison is an experienced professional with a strong background in Medicare and compliance management. Since September 2008, Colleen has served as the CMS Star Program Manager at Network Health WI, where oversight of cross-departmental projects aimed at improving Medicare Advantage Star Quality Ratings has been a primary focus. Colleen has played a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining a 4-star rating for the PPO Plan through leadership as the Manager of the Medicare Five Star Program and as Chair of the Five Star Quality Rating Committee. Prior to this, Colleen worked at Affinity Health System from February 1998 to September 2008 as the Controlled Substance Testing Coordinator, managing quality programs for Department of Transportation controlled substance testing and overseeing federally mandated audits and inspections. Colleen's educational background includes studies at Marian University of Fond du Lac from 2003 to 2006.
