Jeremy Kroll

Jeremy Kroll, APTD, has over a decade of experience in management and training within the health and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Facilities and Operations Controls at Network Health WI, Jeremy leads various training teams and oversees facility maintenance and administrative support functions. Previous roles include Manager of Learning and Development, where Jeremy focused on enhancing company-wide learning programs, and Operations Training and Auditor, responsible for developing training and ensuring compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Health Care Concierge for special needs plans and conducting independent research as part of the McNair Scholars program at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Jeremy began a career at AT&T, progressing from entry-level positions to Supervisor of Escalations. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
