Bhavesh Kotecha

Bhavesh Kotecha has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years in various roles within the housing and welfare sector. Bhavesh began their career as a Housing Officer at Haywards Property Services in 2003 and later worked as an Estates Services Officer at Ealing Homes in 2004. In 2005, they joined Genesis Housing Group as a Rent Recovery Officer and then moved to Metropolitan Housing Trust as an Income Officer in 2006.

In 2008, Bhavesh held the position of Senior Rent Officer at Livability Housing and later became a Rent Recovery Officer at People 1st Slough (ALMO) where they were responsible for recovering debt from over 1200 properties.

From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Benefit and Income Advisor at Places for People, where they dealt with welfare reform, assisted in research for lottery funding, and communicated with customers regarding Housing Benefit overpayments.
